new Delhi. The allotment of shares of India’s largest wine company Sula Vineyards is likely to happen today. This IPO was open for subscription from 12 December to 14 December. The price band of the IPO was Rs 340 to Rs 357 per share. The company intends to raise Rs 960 crore through this IPO. Investors can check the status of share allotment on BSE website or IPO Registrar’s portal. The equity shares will be credited to the demat accounts of the successful investors by 21st December.

The listing of shares of Sula Vineyards will happen on 22 December. Sula Vineyards IPO got decent response from investors. The issue has been subscribed 2.33 times. The IPO of Sula Vineyards reserved for Qualified Institutional Investors has been subscribed 4.13 times. At the same time, the company has received 1.65 times subscription in the portion of shares reserved for retail investors. The portion reserved for non-institutional investors received 1.51 times the bids.

Apart from more than 8000 restaurants and hotels across the country, its products are sold at more than 13 thousand 500 retail outlets.
