The hearing was held on Monday in the Allahabad High Court on the application filed in the High Court in the matter of conducting a scientific survey of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi located in Mathura. An application has also been filed in the High Court for early hearing in Mathura Court. It was said in the petition that the petition is pending in the Mathura Court for a long time. Hearing this soon, a scientific survey should be ordered. In contrast, the UP Sunni Central Waqf Board sought dismissal of the petition. Hearing on the petition is currently underway.
Let us tell that on Monday, the court of Civil Judge Senior Division of Mathura will hear the cases of Advocate Mahendra Pratap Singh, Advocate Rajendra Maheshwari and National President of Narayani Sena Manish Yadav in Shri Krishna Janmasthan and Shahi Idgah Masjid case. All three people are parties to the Shri Krishna Janmasthan case.
In the suit filed by the advocates, Thakur Keshavdev, the respondent Shahi Idgah and the office bearers of the Sunni Waqf Board will have to respond to the opposition of the party on the issue of permanence of the case. The parties had urged the court to set up a court commission for the Shahi Idgah mosque and conduct a survey, while the defendants asked for the permanency of the case to be taken forward.
The issue of court commission will be debated in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division on Monday itself in the case filed by Narayani Sena President Manish Yadav. He has also demanded to set up a court commission to conduct a survey of the mosque. Giving information in this regard, Manish Yadav said that he has also filed a writ on the same issue in the High Court.
