Because of the paneer, this recipe becomes rich in protein. Paneer pulao can be an important food dish even if a guest comes to the house and wants to prepare a special dinner for him.

Ingredients for making Paneer Pulao
Rice) – 1 cup
Paneer shredded – 1 cup
Green peas – 1/2 cup
Onion cut lengthwise – 1
Bay leaves – 1
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Green chilies finely chopped – 2
Ginger grated – 1 tsp
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cloves – 2
Salt – as per taste
Oil – as required
Ghee – as required
How to make Paneer Pulao
To make Paneer Pulao, take good quality rice and clean them and wash them with water. After this, keep the rice soaked in water for half an hour. While the rice is soaked, put one teaspoon oil and 1 teaspoon ghee in a pressure cooker and keep it on the gas to heat on low flame. Ghee is used in pulao to enhance the taste. When the oil and ghee are hot, put cloves, grated ginger in it. After this, add cinnamon, bay leaves and fry all these ingredients for about 1 minute.
Now add green chillies and chopped onion in it and fry it. Fry the onion till it becomes soft and its color becomes golden brown. After this, put green peas and soaked rice in the cooker and fry for 1-2 minutes. Add salt as per taste and water as per requirement and mix it and close the lid of cooker and keep the gas on. When 3-4 whistles come in the cooker, then turn off the gas and let the pressure of the cooker release automatically. In the meantime, cut the paneer into squares and fry them in a nonstick pan/kadhai in a little oil till they become light golden. Take them out in a bowl separately.
When the pressure is completely released, open the lid of the cooker and add the fried paneer pieces and mix it. Your delicious Paneer Pulao is ready. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves before serving. Paneer pulao in dinner will increase the taste of food manifold.
