NPS account has been frozen, how to restart it, how much penalty will have to be paid

To start it offline, one has to go to Point of Presence Service Providers (POP-SP). Here you have to pay application, contribution and penalty. Please tell that a penalty of Rs 100 will be imposed in both the modes. (Photo- News18)
