MP Project Cheetah: Eight cheetahs have been brought to India from Namibia. Prime Minister Narendra Modi released three cheetahs by opening the box in Kuno National Park at around 12 o’clock on Saturday. After this Modi also took their pictures. After this, PM Modi sat under the tree and talked to cheetah friends. During this many cheetah friends were sitting around him.
In the conversation, PM Modi told some important things to the cheetah friends to ensure the safety of the cheetahs. You all must have been told that cheetahs first need time to settle in their enclosures and later in the forest, he said. Now it is your duty to ensure that no one is allowed to enter the park. Be it politicians, journalists, officials or anyone else, no one should be allowed to enter. The PM said, if I also come, then refuse me too.

Modi also asked questions to the pyre friends. He asked, is the animal a danger to man or is the man a danger to the animals? On this, Cheetah friends told Tapak that there is a danger to animals from humans. Modi again asked if it is definitely like this, then he said, yes it is definitely like this. After this, PM Modi kept talking to the pyre friends for a few minutes.
PM Modi said, we have to wait for about 75 years for cheetahs, earlier there were cheetahs here. Today 130 crore countrymen are celebrating, they haven’t seen cheetahs yet, yet they are dancing. Everyone is feeling as if a child has been born in our family after many years. This is India’s love of nature.
Cheetahs will be quarantined for 30 days
Of the eight cheetahs that came to India from Namibia, five are females and three are males. Their age is four to six years. These cheetahs have been provided by the international not-for-profit organization Cheetah Conservation Fund. This organization is committed to the conservation of cheetahs. Its headquarter is Namibia. Under the protocol, these cheetahs have been kept in separate quarantine cages for 30 days.
