Madhya Pradesh: Accident in Sehore, one killed, many injured due to collapse of dome of dining hall in Kubereshwar Dham

The accident took place on Wednesday night at Kubereshwar Dham in Sehore, Madhya Pradesh. The dome of the diner collapsed due to heavy rain and wind. A woman devotee has died due to being buried under it. 10-12 people are reported to be injured. The process of saving people has started. Two seriously injured have been referred to Bhopal.

Let us tell you that on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima, a grand Guru Diksha ceremony was organized on Wednesday. A huge crowd was gathering since morning. The flow of people continued till evening. Several pandals were set up for the food of the devotees. One of these pandals is reported to have collapsed during the night.

The rain continues in Sehore since evening. The accident took place between 8 and 9 pm, when the dome collapsed due to heavy rain. In which 50-year-old woman named Uma Meena, resident of Babrikheda Kannad, died on the spot, while more than 10 women and men were seriously injured. The condition of two is more critical, who have been referred to Bhopal. Other injured have been taken to the district hospital. Police and administration officials have taken the lead.

The injured were brought to the district hospital for treatment with the help of ambulances and other vehicles. Among the seriously injured are Delhi resident Jyoti Shukla father Mukesh, Kota resident Kamlesh wife Raghuraj, Ujjain resident Dalpat father Manohar, 26 year old Jyoti Lowanshi, 38 year old Shraddha Vaishnav, Hoshangabad resident Rajni wife Vijay Singh Hoshangabad, 50 year old Mukesh father Sagar, Rimjhim Gupta Wife is being told Rajendra Kumar. Immediately after the accident, MLA Sudesh Rai and Pandit Pradeep Mishra reached the district hospital and along with their people are engaged in taking care of the patients admitted in the hospital.

Thousands of devotees were present at the spot even at the time of the incident. There was fear among the people. That’s why Pt. Pradeep Mishra himself had come to give advice to the people. While consoling the people, Pandit Pradeep Mishra said that you people do not worry. People have been made to sit in the hall with the pulpit. Don’t you guys worry. Pandit Pradeep Mishra has also reached the hospital to see the injured. Talking to the media here, he said that this is a natural disaster. All things are good. Who has walked before the wind and nature? This natural disaster continues. The tent fell down due to strong wind. Former Chief Minister Kamal Nath has also tweeted in the matter. He wished the injured a speedy recovery.
