Patna. The Janata Dal United (JDU) has given all its might to attain the status of a national party. For this, wherever the possibility is visible outside Bihar, JDU has started trying to establish its foothold there. In this episode, JDU has started working on Mission UP. Along with this, it has been decided to fight the Lok Sabha elections to be held in 2024 with full force. JDU National President Rajiv Ranjan alias Lalan Singh, who was on a tour of Uttar Pradesh, announced this on Sunday.
In fact, Lalan Singh, who reached Uttar Pradesh to include Satyendra Patel, a prolific socialist leader and former candidate of Samajwadi Party (SP) of Madihan assembly constituency, to join JDU and expand the organization, got Satyendra Patel and thousands of his supporters included in the JDU. . On this occasion, Lalan Singh expressed regret and said that if JDU had contested the 2017 UP assembly elections, it would have emerged as a strong party in Uttar Pradesh, but we forgot that we could not contest the UP assembly elections at that time. But he said that JDU had contested the UP assembly elections held in 2022. In elections, defeat and victory have their place, but both the party and the organization benefit from it.
The National President of JDU said that JDU is a party running on the ideals of Nitish Kumar, and the development work done by Nitish Kumar in Bihar is discussed across the country.
