In the absence of Congress MLA from Badli Kuldeep Vats, five men allegedly barged into his Pataudi residence and assaulted his cook and asked him to warn his leader not to make remarks against the gangster. Confirming this, the police said that the miscreants threatened to kill the MLA “like a mousewala”.
According to the complaint lodged by the MLA’s cook Rajiv Kumar, the accused entered the MLA’s house around 2 pm on Friday.
Rajiv said in his complaint, “The five had weapons. They scuffled with me and asked where is the MLA. I told him that he is not here. He warned that I should tell the MLA sahib that he should not make any comment about the gangster or else he will have to face the consequences like a Moosewala.
Following the complaint, sections 148 (rioting), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (causing harm), 452 (infiltration in the house), 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code were filed against five unidentified accused at Pataudi police station. An FIR has been registered under Section 25-54-59 of the Arms Act. Police said that raids are being conducted to trace the accused.
