Hindu side formed trust before hearing in Gyanvapi case, from legal team to Kashi’s dignitaries will be members

Varanasi: A big announcement has been made on Monday in the Gyanvapi episode of Uttar Pradesh. The Hindu side has decided to form a trust before the court hearing of the matter on Tuesday. The trust has been named Adi Mahadev Kashi Dharmalay Mukti Nyas. Hindu side’s party Vishnu Jain has given this information on Monday. This trust will have the responsibility of looking into the matter of Gyanvapi in the court. The Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri dispute is to be heard in Varanasi district court on Tuesday.

Advocate Vishnu Jain, representing the Hindu side in the Gyanvapi Masjid survey case, told on Monday that the trust will have dignitaries from Kashi, including the legal team. Our sole aim is to get our rights back and this will be done under the umbrella of this trust. He said that after many cases were registered in the Gyanvapi Masjid case, we felt the need of the trust, so for further coordination and better management, we have formed this trust.

Let us inform that the regular hearing has started from July 4 on the petition filed for the regular darshan-worship of Gyanvapi Shringar Gauri and protection of other deities. After hearing on July 4, the Varanasi Court fixed the matter for hearing on July 12. A decision can be taken in the matter in 10 days due to the hearing every day except on holidays. This will be followed by a hearing in the Supreme Court on July 17.
