Complainant Ramesh Kumar had lodged his complaint on November 21 and alleged that 19 mobile phones (Samsung Galaxy 22 and Samsung Galaxy 22 Plus) were stolen from his consignment from Delhi’s IGI Airport, which was to be exported to Dubai. After this, the police formed a team and started the investigation.

The team regularly put the stolen mobile phones on surveillance. A few days later, when the mobile phones were activated, they were traced. It was revealed in the information that mobile phones have been sold to different customers from a shop named Khushi Communications located in Mahipalpur. Vivek, the owner of Khushi Communications, was arrested and interrogated. He revealed that he had bought 5 Samsung Galaxy mobile phones at throwaway prices from a CISF officer. He told that he has duty in the cargo area and lives near his shop in Mahipalpur.

After this CISF officer Brijpal Singh was arrested and a stolen mobile phone was recovered from his possession. He told during interrogation that he was in contact with two loaders, who were working in a logistics company named Delhi Cargo Service Center in the cargo area of ​​the airport. He knew him for the last 2-3 years. A few days ago he contacted and told him that he had stolen several mobile phones from the cargo and wanted to sell them. Both gave him 6 mobile phones, out of which 5 mobiles were sold to Khushi Communications Mahipalpur at the rate of Rs 25,000 per mobile.

Both co-accused Ashwini and Rakesh were arrested. 11 mobile phones were recovered from the possession of his 7 associates who work in Delhi Cargo Service Center. During the search at the residence of accused Rakesh, 10 watches were also recovered.
